Whistleblowing channel
TUUMAN SpA maintains a confidential and secure channel to report misconduct, as set out in section 7 of our Integrity Pact. You may report anonymously.
Who can report
Employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and any third party related to TUUMAN SpA.
What you can report
- Corruption, bribery, fraud, money laundering or other offences under Law 20,393
- Workplace or sexual harassment, or violence at work (Karin Law)
- Collusion, price manipulation or other anti-competitive conduct
- Environmental non-compliance
- Misuse of confidential information or personal data
- Any other breach of the Integrity Pact
Our guarantees
- Confidentiality: reports are handled with discretion under the Integrity Pact and the Crime Prevention Model.
- Anonymity on request: anonymous reports carry neither your name nor your contact details.
- Protection against retaliation for good-faith reporters.
